- Any third-party accounts registered to your business
We retain rights to:
- Our proprietary tools, frameworks, and development processes
- Generic code libraries and design elements used in multiple projects
- Showcase the completed project in our portfolio or promotional materials
Subscription Clients
While subscribed, you have full use of the website we've created for you. However, the website remains the property of Spring Hill Web Designs and is licensed to you for the duration of your subscription.
You retain ownership of:
- Your domain name (if registered in your name)
- Any content you provided (text, images, videos, logos, etc.)
- Any third-party accounts or services tied to your business
If your subscription ends, access to the website will be discontinued.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spring Hill Web Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
